Paradox & Wine

The first venture was a Wine & Cheese Bar 'Paradox', likely the first wine bar of its kind in Croatia, that opened its doors in the summer of 2012. It was developed & operated by Zoran Pejović and Marko Sučić, long-time friends and university colleagues.

Paradox was followed by Paradigma, a fine dining restaurant imagined as a Dalmatian hospitality paradigm changer. Both outlets received rave reviews for their service levels, wine lists, and food quality.

The wine story continues through Hvarwine, a webshop that is owned and operated by Zoran Pejović and Sara Rasmussen and aims to deliver the best wines of Hvar to discerning wine lovers across the European Union.
